I have been involved with sports and fitness for most of my life. My experience ranges from being a youth and high school athlete, to earning a scholarship as a collegiate athlete, then becoming a martial artist/BJJ practitioner and eventual school owner, to having an additional career as a strength and conditioning coach and certified personal trainer.
I have achieved many awards and recognitions in these endeavors and won many prestigious tournaments and championships. Yet for all these personal accomplishments, my goal as a personal trainer is to provide the most safe, energetic, and fun training experience for you.
I enjoy working with kids and adults, athletic and non-athletic, from a wide range of backgrounds and with diverse abilities.
